For Enterprise

External market data, delivered as seven production-grade APIs.

FreshGeo gives revenue, product and data teams a single source for competitor pricing, buying intent, hiring signals, social trends, real estate, competitor changes and news risk — under one contract, one SLA and one security review.

By industry

Data that maps to how your business is organised.

Retail & E-commerce

Price every SKU against the market, every hour.

Track competitor list prices, promotions and stock states across thousands of SKUs and merchants. Feed the signal into pricing engines, merchandising decisions and margin reporting without scraping overhead.

Competitor PricingCompetitor MonitoringSocial Trends
Up to 4.2% gross-margin uplift across tracked categories in quarter one.
Financial Services

Early signals for credit, risk and relationship teams.

Monitor portfolio companies for hiring freezes, adverse news, litigation and executive moves. Combine with buying-intent data to spot healthy borrowers expanding capacity before the next funding cycle.

News & RiskHiring & JobsBuying Intent
90-day earlier warning on covenant-relevant events versus quarterly reviews.
Real Estate & PropTech

Commercial and residential data at postcode resolution.

Listings, sold prices, yields, planning activity and neighbourhood demand signals across the UK. Join real-estate data to hiring density and social trends to score catchments for retail, hospitality and mixed-use development.

Real EstateHiring & JobsSocial Trends
Catchment scoring models rebuilt in weeks, not quarters.
B2B SaaS

Route sales effort to accounts that are actually in-market.

Detect tech-stack changes, headcount growth, role expansion and topic-level intent across millions of companies. Pipe qualified accounts to Salesforce or HubSpot so reps only work territories with verifiable buying signals.

Buying IntentHiring & JobsCompetitor Monitoring
2.3× meeting rate on enriched accounts versus list-only cohorts.
Consumer Brands & CPG

Trends and prices your category managers can act on.

Measure emerging topics across TikTok, Reddit and review sites alongside retailer pricing for your SKUs and your rivals. Forecast demand shifts and get ahead of promotional calendars without a third research vendor.

Social TrendsCompetitor PricingNews & Risk
Trend lead time of 6-10 weeks ahead of Nielsen reporting cycles.
Private Equity & Advisory

Diligence and portfolio monitoring on one data layer.

Build repeatable diligence packs: hiring velocity, pricing posture, review sentiment, web presence changes and risk events. Apply the same feeds to portfolio companies for monthly board-grade operating metrics.

Enterprise capabilities

Built for teams with procurement in the room.

Dedicated infrastructure

Single-tenant clusters in your region of choice (UK, EU, US) with isolated egress, reserved capacity and higher rate limits than shared tiers. Maintenance windows agreed in writing rather than pushed unannounced.

Custom data feeds

Bespoke crawl targets, enrichment fields and delivery cadences built by our data engineering team. Snowflake shares, S3/GCS drops, Kafka topics or webhooks — shaped to your schema rather than ours.

SSO & SCIM

SAML 2.0 and OIDC single sign-on via Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace and JumpCloud. SCIM 2.0 provisioning keeps joiners, movers and leavers synchronised without manual console work.

Audit logs & RBAC

Every API call, dashboard action and admin change is logged with user, timestamp, IP and scope. Stream logs to your SIEM via syslog or S3. Granular roles control which teams see which datasets.

Volume pricing & bundles

Commit-based pricing across all seven APIs with a shared request pool, so budget unused in one product funds another. Annual and multi-year bundles attract up to 30% off list pricing.

Dedicated CSM & custom SLA

Named customer success manager, solutions engineer and on-call rota. Written SLAs on uptime (99.9% standard, 99.99% available), response time, data freshness and incident communication — with service credits.

Architecture

How FreshGeo fits into your stack

01
Collection layer

Proprietary crawlers, licensed feeds and partner APIs. Sources are deduplicated, normalised and timestamped at source.

02
Enrichment & entity resolution

Records resolve to stable FreshGeo IDs and cross-join across pricing, hiring, intent, social, real-estate and news datasets.

03
Delivery APIs

Seven REST APIs behind a single auth layer, plus bulk exports to Snowflake, BigQuery, S3 and GCS. Webhooks for event-driven use cases.

04
Your systems

CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks), CDP, reverse ETL and internal apps via native connectors or SDKs.

05
Observability

Usage dashboards, audit log streaming, SLA reporting, and a public status page with incident post-mortems.

Case studies

What this looks like in production.

Retail
Top-10 UK multi-category online retailer, £900m GMV
Challenge

In-house scraping team of six was missing 18% of competitor SKUs and refreshing prices only twice daily, leaving pricing engineers blind during weekend promo surges.

Solution

Replaced the scraping stack with the Competitor Pricing and Competitor Monitoring APIs, refreshed hourly across 47 competitor sites and 1.2m SKUs. Connected directly to the pricing engine via webhook.

Result

Coverage rose to 99.4%, price-match decisions automated on 86% of SKUs, and gross margin improved 3.1 points across tracked categories within two quarters.

"We shut down the scraping team and reassigned them to pricing science. The ROI paid for the contract in seven weeks."
— Head of Commercial Analytics, Retail, UK
B2B SaaS
Series D workforce platform, 600 employees across UK and US
Challenge

Outbound SDR team was burning through a flat 50k-account list with 1.1% meeting rate. Enrichment came from four overlapping vendors with conflicting hiring and tech-stack data.

Solution

Consolidated onto FreshGeo's Hiring & Jobs and Buying Intent APIs, scoring accounts hourly and routing only those showing fresh intent plus relevant role openings into Salesforce.

Result

Meeting rate rose to 2.6%, vendor spend fell 41%, and the RevOps team cut enrichment reconciliation work from three days per month to effectively zero.

"One schema, one contract, one SLA. Our board stopped asking why we had four data vendors for the same job."
— VP RevOps, B2B SaaS, Series D
Private Equity
Mid-market PE firm, £2.4bn AUM across 18 portfolio companies
Challenge

Portfolio monitoring relied on quarterly board packs. Adverse events — a key hire leaving, a price war, a regulatory cycle — surfaced weeks after they mattered to the investment team.

Solution

Deployed News & Risk, Hiring & Jobs and Competitor Monitoring APIs across all portfolio companies and a watchlist of 140 diligence targets. Delivered through a custom Snowflake share refreshed every six hours.

Result

Early-warning lead time on material events improved by an average of 82 days. Two portfolio valuations revised up, one down, before quarterly reporting cycles — in time to act.

Security

Security review-ready from day one.

SOC 2 Type II audit in progress

External auditor engaged, observation window active. Type I letter and bridge letters available under NDA; Type II report expected Q4 2026.

GDPR-compliant by design

UK and EU data processing under legitimate interest and controller-to-processor terms. SCCs and UK IDTA in place for international transfers. DPIA support on request.

Encryption everywhere

TLS 1.2+ for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest. Customer-specific encryption keys and BYOK available on dedicated plans. Secrets rotated on a 90-day cycle.

Dedicated environments

Single-tenant deployments in AWS eu-west-2, eu-central-1 or us-east-1. No co-mingled data, isolated VPCs, and optional IP allow-listing at the edge.

Private networking

AWS PrivateLink, Azure Private Link and GCP Private Service Connect available on enterprise plans. Traffic stays off the public internet end-to-end.

Audit logs & monitoring

Immutable audit logs streamed to your SIEM via syslog, S3 or HTTPS. Access reviews every 90 days. 24/7 on-call with incident response RTOs documented in the MSA.

Procurement

Built for procurement and security review.

We know an enterprise purchase is a committee decision. Our legal, security and finance teams are set up to move at the pace your review cycle demands, not the other way round.

  • Mutual MSA or acceptance of your paper, with pre-redlined positions published
  • GDPR-ready DPA with SCCs and UK IDTA attached
  • SIG Lite, CAIQ and bespoke vendor questionnaires completed within 10 working days
  • Security pack on request: SOC 2 Type I letter, pen-test summary, architecture diagram, sub-processor list
  • Contract redlines handled by in-house counsel — no external law firm pass-through
  • Net 30, Net 60, Net 90 payment terms; GBP, EUR, USD invoicing
  • PO-based billing, W-8BEN-E and UK tax residency certificates available
  • One-year, two-year and three-year commits with fixed price uplift caps
Enterprise FAQ

Questions buyers ask us on the first call.

How does FreshGeo price at enterprise scale? +

Enterprise contracts use commit-based pricing against a shared request pool that spans all seven APIs. You commit to an annual or multi-year volume and draw from it as usage demands. Overages are charged at pre-agreed unit rates in the order form, never at retail. Most enterprise deals land between £80k and £500k annually, with multi-year commits attracting up to 30% discount off list.

Where is our data hosted, and can we choose the region? +

Enterprise customers choose between AWS London (eu-west-2), Frankfurt (eu-central-1) and North Virginia (us-east-1). Data never leaves the region you select unless you opt in writing. Single-tenant deployments are standard on enterprise plans, with an isolated VPC, dedicated compute and private networking via AWS PrivateLink.

What is the SLA, and what happens if you miss it? +

Standard enterprise SLA is 99.9% monthly uptime measured at the API edge, with a 99.95% tier available. Response SLAs cover P1 incidents at 15 minutes, P2 at 1 hour, P3 at the next working day. Data freshness SLAs are product-specific and written into the order form. Service credits are automatic and a post-mortem is published within five working days.

How do you source your data, and is it GDPR-compliant? +

Data comes from a mix of proprietary crawling of public sources, licensed third-party feeds and partner APIs. Every source is subject to a legal review covering lawful basis, terms of service and robots.txt compliance. For personal data, we rely on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with documented balancing tests and a published privacy notice.

Can we get a custom dataset or a non-standard delivery method? +

Yes. Custom crawl targets, bespoke enrichment fields and non-standard schemas are built by our solutions engineering team on enterprise contracts. Standard delivery options include REST APIs, webhooks, Snowflake secure data shares, BigQuery authorised datasets, S3 and GCS drops, and Kafka topics.

How quickly can we go live? +

Most enterprise customers are in production within four to six weeks of signature. The critical path is usually your security review rather than our implementation: our legal and security packs clear SIG or CAIQ reviews within ten working days. API integration itself is measured in days for REST and webhooks; warehouse shares are live within 48 hours.

What support do enterprise customers receive? +

Every enterprise account is assigned a named customer success manager, a dedicated solutions engineer and a 24/7 on-call rota for P1 incidents. You get a private Slack or Teams channel, quarterly business reviews with product roadmap input, and early access to new datasets. Support response times are contracted in the MSA.

How is FreshGeo different from Clay, Cognism, 6sense or Apollo? +

Those platforms are excellent for sales prospecting and we often sit alongside them. FreshGeo is a data-API company: we sell raw, structured, production-grade feeds for pricing, hiring, intent, social, real-estate, news and competitor monitoring — designed to land in warehouses, pricing engines and product features, not just dashboards.

Ready to see the data behind the APIs?

Book a 30-minute call with a solutions engineer. We'll run your own accounts, SKUs or postcodes through the platform live and send you the raw output afterwards, under NDA.
