Refund Policy

We want you using FreshGeo because it works for you, not because you’re locked in. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Monthly plans: 14-day money-back
New to FreshGeo on a monthly plan? If it’s not the right fit within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we’ll refund that month in full. No “tell us why” form, no runaround. One refund per customer.
After day 14, monthly plans are non-refundable for the current month. Cancel any time and you won’t be charged again.
Annual plans: pro-rata
Annual plans get a pro-rata refund of unused full months if you cancel mid-term, less any overage usage incurred. Example: if you paid £12,000 for 12 months and cancel after month 4, you get back 8/12 × £12,000 = £8,000, minus any overages billed.
Annual plans paid via invoice (Enterprise): refunds handled per your order form.
Usage overages
Overage charges — usage above your plan quota — are not refundable. They reflect compute we already ran on your behalf.
SLA service credits
If we miss the 99.95% monthly uptime SLA on Scale or the 99.99% SLA on Enterprise, you get service credits on your next invoice. Service credits are not cash refunds — they reduce your next bill. See our Terms of Service for the credit schedule.
Enterprise contracts
Enterprise terms can include custom refund, termination-for-convenience and prepayment-credit clauses. Your order form wins over this page.
What’s never refundable
- Usage overages already incurred.
- Add-ons explicitly marked non-refundable (e.g. one-off data exports).
- Fees more than 90 days old at the time of request.
- Third-party fees (Stripe, bank transfer fees).
How to request a refund
- Email billing@freshgeo.com from the email address on your account.
- Include your workspace name and the invoice number.
- Tell us briefly what happened — we read every one, and it helps us improve.
We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. Nine times out of ten we can sort it faster directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending resolution.
